LVS developed with experienced industrial programmers a simple to use controller retrofit. Based on a soft PLC with (optional) touch-screen user-interface it can replace all obsolete control systems. Even better, the system is open to adapt to new components, exactly the ones you like.

The retrofit replaces the deposition controller, vacuum controller (and vacuum measuring gauges), I/O components and adds an industrial PC (with optional touch screen) for process storage. The standard configuration can control up to 4 sources, 1 Ionsource, 1 substrate heater and all modern high vacuum pumps. If you have special wishes or process demands, the software can easily be adapted to your situation. The structure of the software is designed to adapt new components easily, without the need to rewrite all your processes.
